YE$ Commercial Realty is focused on the Central Iowa market, specializing in the leasing and sales of office buildings and investment properties.

The goal of YE$ Commercial Realty is not to do something cheaper than, or equal to the competition, but to perform at a level that exceeds client expectations.

Mark Patterson started his successful brokerage career in commercial leasing and sales in the Central Iowa market in 1989. He quickly rose to the ranks of a multi-million dollar producer. He has been the leasing agent for the landmark office park, Regency West, and scores of other buildings. He has represented tenants, sellers and buyers of multi-tenant office buildings, corporate office headquarters, investment and 1031 tax deferred exchange properties. Known for his specialized market approach, Mark delivers knowledge,experience and service usually found in larger, first-tier markets.

In 1993 he was named Commercial Division Manager for Coldwell Banker / Mid-America Group. In 1997, Mark founded YE$ Commercial Realty, a well-respected, full service commercial real estate brokerage company in West Des Moines, Iowa. As a top broker he has negotiated hundreds of transactions; as an owner/manager of real estate companies he has reviewed hundreds more. Mark has recruited and trained many successful commercial brokers in Central Iowa.

He has served as President of the Iowa CCIM Chapter, Regional Vice President of the CCIM Institute, President of the Iowa Commercial Board of Realtors, President/Founder of the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association and was the Founder of the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Expo.
